Cassandra Luca is a doctoral student in the Department of English at Duke pursuing a Certificate in Feminist Studies.
Her research focuses on digital media, contemporary queer literature from the US and France, and computational literary studies.
She is a 2025-2026 Rhodes Doctoral Fellow in the Computational Humanities and co-convenes the Digital Culture and Literature working group and the Historical Materialisms working group, both sponsored by the FHI. Her writing can be found in ASAP/J and Lux.
